Miss Haiti New York In her Home country

After spending a few days in Haiti as part of a National Alliance for the Advancement of Haitian Professionals (NAAHP) member attending the Tourism Innovation Summit (TIS) in Cap-Haitien, where top-tier global speakers and influencers gathered to continue the Haiti Road Map that was started back in 2018 to focus on the three key goals: investing in the local economy, changing Cap-Haitien's reputation, and creating a new and unique culture.

Traveling in Haiti was an eye-opening experience. Believe it or not, I am a timid person but Haiti is so pure. Immediately, I felt at home and my experience in Haiti taught me that Cap-Haitien is full of history and if you're looking to travel to Haiti. The first destination travel to Cap-Haitien because it is truly a magical place full of marvelous history.

I encourage people to travel to Haiti to support their growth and the country’s rehabilitation first-hand. I look forward to traveling to Port-au-Prince, definitely. Haiti has so much to offer whether it's the delicious food, spending time with the locals, influencers, visiting historic sites such as the Citadelle Laferriere, parties and events. I traveled to so many places in my lifestyle. I can honestly say although I was not born in Haiti, Haiti was born in me and Haiti is always first in my heart. Haiti is the hidden treasure of the Caribbean.
