Director Dr. Hermanie Pierre

After being Miss Haiti 2012, Dr. Pierre decided to continue from a different post by becoming the director for Haiti International Pageants. She is determined to find women with the characteristics of leadership, intelligence, beauty, and glamor who are willing to work hard on their platform and become tomorrow's idols through the International Pageant system.

Growing up in Haiti, Dr. Pierre learned that nothing is given to you; you have to fight for everything you need. She moved to the US at the age of 14. Having to perfect English, on top of French and Haitian Creole, did not stop her from learning Spanish as well. At the age of 18, she managed to attend college on a full four-year scholarship in the University of Nashville, where she earned her bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Dr. Pierre has now made it her goal to help the public by providing better roads.

From a young age, Dr. Pierre believed that she could change the world and make it a better place.

At the tender age of 12, she had already started supporting children in Haiti for their education; she now has 6, two of whom are in their last year of college. Through her platform, "A Better Tomorrow for Today's Children: Building A New Generation," she managed to achieve the "Top 10 Finalists" in the Miss International pageant 2012 and was awarded Miss International Congeniality.

Dr. Pierre was name 20 in their 20s Most influential Leaders in Arkansas 2013 recognized by Arkansas Business.
